Forms of Payment

You have a number of ways for settling your account with us.

For Bookings made in person or via telephone to our office you will be given an option date by which time you must make full payment in order to secure your bookings. We will accept payment in Cash. We also accept Building Society Cheques or Bankers Draft.

Personal Cheques will only be accepted if we have sufficient time for clearance of the cheque prior to tickets issuance.

You can also pay using your Debit card issued by a UK bank and you will not need to pay a charge for using any of these cards.

Credit Cards

If you use a credit card to make payment, you will be charged a credit card fee as follows:

1.75% card fee + 0.25% card processing fee. (Total 2% of the transaction by card)

We take security very seriously. We have implemented a bank approved encryption system to protect your transactions with us.

Any personal details entered including credit card payments will automatically be encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). You will see a padlock at the bottom of your screen to confirm this so you can make purchases on line with complete confidence.

For security reasons it is our policy that the card holder making an on line payment must also be one of the passengers travelling.

In addition we also reserve the right carry out random checks in order to minimize credit card fraud. As a result of this we may require you to provide to us proof of your address as well as a copy of your credit card and a copy of recent card statement.

Where you are paying with your credit card for another passenger and are not travelling yourself, we require that you personally input your PIN number into our card terminal.

Please make sure you supply to us correct card holder information as well as correct credit or debit card billing address. We reserve the right to cancel all transactions if it becomes evident that you have supplied incorrect card information.
